Change of Address
• We can update your delivery address before your order is dispatched. Once the order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please request any address changes promptly after placing your order.
Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, it will include a tracking number. You can track your order until it is delivered via our website in the Track My Order section in the footer.
Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch at no additional cost. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Parcels Damaged in Transit & Insurance
• If your product arrives damaged, you may return it within 5 days for an exchange. Exchange shipping charges will be covered as per the policy.
