Returns
- We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be requested before sending back any items. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Exceptions
- If the product delivered is correct and matches the description, but you still wish to return or exchange it, both side shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card or coupon code.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
